So, can food ever just be food? Absolutely. Food only has power if we give it power. We need carbohydrates. We need protein. We need fat. We deserve to have all of them, and we deserve to have them taste good without guilt. There are reasons food tastes good: We are supposed to eat it, and we need it to survive. We might as well enjoy it along the way!"
