PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a hormonal imbalance that affects around 10% of women of reproductive age. Menstrual irregularities and high levels of androgens are common symptoms. It is not understood what causes the syndrome. Typical nutrition therapy goals for PCOS include:

What is General Nutrition/Wellness?
General Nutrition/Wellness is guidance on eating habits, food selection, planning menus, recipes, nutritional assessment; movement/exercise guides, and self-care suggestions. As always, the focus is on intuitive eating and changing relationship with food and exercise.
